Ears to smell, nose to touch
You get my senses all mixed up
I hear with my tongue and I love the sound
I’m lonely though I’m in a crowd
I can't believe how I found you
I can't believe I'm a believer too
Last night I saw you dressing down
I’d give my teeth to be around
I try and try but it’s no good
You think I lie, I think I should
My hands are empty, white and dry
I wave and you go by and by
The humor in my eyes is sad
I can foresee the times we had
What’s it to you? To me it’s you
I’ve heard this thing about warm guns too
But in the end it’s all a play
Just wish I could get through today
You get my senses all mixed up
I hear with my tongue and I love the sound
I’m lonely though I’m in a crowd
I can't believe how I found you
I can't believe I'm a believer too
I can't believe you're what you are
I do believe you're way too far
I’d give my teeth to be around
I try and try but it’s no good
You think I lie, I think I should
My hands are empty, white and dry
I wave and you go by and by
The humor in my eyes is sad
I can foresee the times we had
What’s it to you? To me it’s you
I’ve heard this thing about warm guns too
But in the end it’s all a play
Just wish I could get through today
